More dogs are no problem, it's our specialty. Pricing scales gently with the number of pups, and for busy three-plus-dog yards we may suggest a more frequent visit so things never pile up. You'll get a clear flat rate up front that covers every last pile, no per-pickup math.
Yes, we show up rain or shine, all year round. Light rain and cold don't slow us down. In rare cases of unsafe conditions like lightning, deep ice, or a heavy snowstorm, we'll text you, push your visit to the next safe day, and make sure nothing gets missed in the meantime.
Absolutely. Just send us a quick text or email before your trip and we'll hold your spot, no fees, no penalties. Many clients actually keep service running while they're away so they come home to a spotless yard. It's your call, and you'll never be charged for a visit we don't make.
